FAQ
- Do you store my data?
- No. Each request is authorised by your own token and answered from Google’s APIs; neither your data nor your token is retained. We only keep what is needed to manage your access: your account, your access keys (as an irreversible hash), your usage counters and a log of calls, with no content.
- Can it change my configuration?
- Not the main connector: it is read-only. If you add the GTM repair connector, it can prepare fixes in a dedicated workspace, applied only after your confirmation. It never publishes.
- Why does Google say the app is unverified?
- Ads Data Bridge is in pilot and Google’s verification review is under way. The warning reflects the status of that review, not the security of the connection. Until it completes, access is limited to a small number of accounts.
- Who can see my clients’ data?
- Only the person who authorised the connection. There is no shared workspace and no admin view on our side.
- How much does it cost?
- The pilot is free. Pricing will be announced before any billing.
